Tripneustes ventricosus (West Indian Sea Egg) is a species of echinoderms in the family Toxopneustidae. They are native to Atlantic Ocean. Dead West Indian Sea Egg form shallow marine sediments. They are nocturnal omnivores. Individuals can grow to 75 mm. They have sexual reproduction.
