Rumohra adiantiformis (Iron Fern) is a species of perennial herb in the family wood ferns. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Distrito Federal, Espirito Santo, Minas Gerais, Bahia, Rio Grande Do Sul, SãO Paulo, Puerto Rico, The Contiguous United States, Alagoas, Santa Catarina, Paraná, Pernambuco, Cerrado, Rio De Janeiro, Ceará, and Mata Atlântica. They have compound, broad leaves. Individuals can grow to 1.5 m. They have alternation of generations.
