Dicranopteris linearis (Old World Forkedfern) is a species of perennial herb in the family Gleicheniaceae. They are climbers. They are native to Cerrado, Mata Atlântica, The Hawaiian Islands, Pacific Basin excluding Hawaii, and Hawaii. They have pinnate leaves. They have alternation of generations.
