Urena lobata (Caesarweed) is a species of shrub in the family Malvaceae. It has a self-supporting growth form. It is native to Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Pacific Basin excluding Hawaii, Rio Grande do Sul, Sergipe, Alagoas, Pampa, Pará, Santa Catarina, Amazônia, Bahia, Mato Grosso do Sul, Paraíba, Amazônia, São Paulo, Tocantins, Cerrado, Goiás, Caatinga, Pantanal, Mato Grosso, Minas Gerais, Paraná, Distrito Federal, Mata Atlântica, Acre (Brazil), Maranhao, Rio de Janeiro, and Ceará. Urena lobata has simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Allodape. Urena lobata is a photoautotroph. Individuals can grow to 1.9 m.
