Cardiospermum grandiflorum (Showy Balloonvine) is a species of shrub in the family Sapindaceae. They are climbers. They are native to Togo, The Americas, Democratic Republic Of The Congo, Sierra Leone, Benin, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Angola, Minas Gerais, Paraná, Rio Grande Do Norte, Pará, South America, Maranhao, Sudan, AmazôNia, Cerrado, Central African Republic, Espirito Santo, Botswana, Pantanal, Ghana, Kenya, Cameroon, The Neotropics, Distrito Federal, Santa Catarina, RondôNia, GoiáS, Zambia, Rio De Janeiro, Swaziland, SãO Paulo, Tanzania, Rio Grande Do Sul, Mata Atlântica, Uganda, Malawi, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Guinea, Liberia, Côte D’Ivoire, and Namibia. They have broad leaves and capsule fruit. Individuals can grow to 6 m.
