Sium suave (Hemlock Waterparsnip) is a species of perennial herb in the family Apiaceae. It has a self-supporting growth form. It is native to the contiguous United States, Canada, and Alaska. Hemlock Waterparsnip has simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Toxomerus geminatus (Say 1823). Hemlock Waterparsnip is a photoautotroph.
