Linum catharticum (Purging Flax, Fairy Flax) is a species of annual herb in the family Linaceae. They have capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Rhinomorinia sarcophagina, Early bumblebee, Marmalade hoverfly, and Empis vitripennis.
