Heliotropium indicum (Indian Heliotrope) is a species of annual herb in the family Boraginaceae. They are native to Rio De Janeiro, Ceará, Pampa, GoiáS, Alagoas, Mato Grosso, SãO Paulo, Bahia, Mata Atlântica, RondôNia, Pantanal, Piauí, Espirito Santo, Pernambuco, Santa Catarina, Acre (Brazil), Maranhao, Amazônia, Minas Gerais, Pará, Distrito Federal, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Amapá, Cerrado, Tocantins, Rio Grande Do Sul, Paraná, ParaíBa, and Caatinga. They have drupes. Flowers are visited by pale grass blue, common tiger, Longitarsus varicornis, and Acraea terpsicore.
