Trichostema lanceolatum (Vinegarweed) is a species of annual herb in the family Lamiaceae. It has a self-supporting growth form. It is native to the contiguous United States. Trichostema lanceolatum has simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Hemaris thetis (Boisduval 1855). Trichostema lanceolatum is a photoautotroph.
