Symphyotrichum subulatum (Seaside American Aster) is a species of annual herb in the family Asteraceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Canada, and The Americas. They have blue flowers and achenes. Flowers are visited by Augochloropsis metallica, Agapostemon angelicus, Toxomerus, and Chauliognathus basalis. Individuals can grow to 3 feet.
