Mobula alfredi (Coastal Manta Ray) is a species of Myliobatiformes in the family Myliobatidae. They are listed as vulnerable by IUCN and in cites appendix ii. They are native to Atlantic Ocean, Australia, Indian Ocean, Ethiopia, Asia, and Pacific Ocean. They are solitary and diurnal. They have parental care (female provides care). They rely on swimming and pectoral fin oscillation to move around.
