Taraxacum (Dandelion) is a genus of herb in the family Asteraceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Alaska, Greenland, and Canada. They have achenes. Flowers are visited by Tawny Mining Bee, Honey bee, Rhamphomyia longipes, and Ashy Mining Bee. Individuals can grow to 0.28 m.
