Iris missouriensis (Rocky Mountain Iris) is a species of perennial herb in the family Iridaceae. They are listed as of special concern by COSEWIC. They are native to The Contiguous United States and Canada. They have purple flowers and capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Silvery Blue, Polites sabuleti draco, Rocky Mountain Parnassian, and Western Tiger Swallowtail. Individuals can grow to 1 feet.
