Sinapis incana (Hoary Mustard) is a species of herb in the family crucifers. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Andrena wollastoni, Syritta pipiens, Nomad Bees, and Platycheirus russatus. Individuals can grow to 0.56 m.
