Mentha arvensis (wild mint) is a herb species of plants in the family Lamiaceae, with a self-supporting growth habit. It is associated with freshwater habitat. It has simple, broad leavesиwhite flowers. Flowers are visited by Phyciodes tharos Drury 1773,Eristalis tenax (Linnaeus 1758),Scotiptera иPompiloides. It is a photoautotroph.
