Tonestus pygmaeus (Pygmy Goldenweed) is a species of perennial herb in the family Asteraceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States and North America. They have achenes. Flowers are visited by Lycaena snowi, Plebejus shasta pitkinensis, Occidryas anicia eurytion, and Oeneis polixenes.
