Ipomoea hederifolia (Scarletcreeper) is a species of shrub in the family Convolvulaceae. They are climbers. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Pará, Tocantins, SãO Paulo, Amazônia, ParaíBa, Paraná, Santa Catarina, Alagoas, Piauí, RondôNia, Caatinga, Roraima, Rio Grande Do Norte, Bahia, Minas Gerais, Maranhao, U.S. Virgin Islands, Mato Grosso, Pernambuco, Puerto Rico, Brazil, Rio De Janeiro, Mata Atlântica, Ceará, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Distrito Federal, Sergipe, Espirito Santo, GoiáS, and Cerrado. They have achenes. Flowers are visited by Banded Cucumber Beetle, Planalto Hermit, Amethyst Woodstar, and Polistes metricus.
