T. flavescenti-rufa; alia dimidio basali fuscis, apicali lacteis, tibiis tarsisque intermediis et posticis nigris.

Worker. Length 2 1/2 lines. Pale reddish-yellow; the flagellum fuscous above; wings reddish-brown, with their apex beyond the stigma milky-white; the intermediate and posterior tibiae and tarsi black, the apical joints of their tarsi ferruginous; the anterior legs entirely reddish-yellow; the scutellum fringed with fuscous hairs.
