Coreopsis tinctoria (Golden Tickseed) is a species of annual herb in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Canada, and The Americas. They have simple, broad leaves and yellow flowers. Flowers are visited by Svastra petulca, Disonycha triangularis, Triepeolus remigatus, and Halictus ligatus. Individuals can grow to 3 feet.
