Diphasia alata is a species of cnidarians in the family Sertulariidae. They are native to Guinea-Bissau, Madeiran Exclusive Economic Zone, Western Saharan Exclusive Economic Zone, Mauritanian Exclusive Economic Zone, Moroccan Exclusive Economic Zone, Senegalese Exclusive Economic Zone, Canary Islands Exclusive Economic Zone, and Cape Verdean Exclusive Economic Zone. They are carnivores. Individuals can grow to 150 mm. They have asexual reproduction.
