Galaxea paucisepta Claereboudt 1990

Galaxea paucisepta (Octopus Coral) is a species of cnidarians in the family Euphylliidae. They are listed as near threatened by IUCN and in cites appendix ii. Dead Octopus Coral form shallow marine sediments. Octopus Coral form marine reefs. They have alternation of generations, asexual reproduction, and sexual reproduction. They are sessile animals.
