Crassostrea Sacco 1897

Crassostrea is a genus of oysters in the family oysters. Adult Crassostrea form marine reefs. Dead Crassostrea form shallow marine sediments. Individuals can grow to 23.2 mm. They have sexual reproduction. They are sessile animals.
