Splendrillia jacula is a species of Gastropoda in the family Drilliidae. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to New Zealand Exclusive Economic Zone. Dead Splendrillia jacula form shallow marine sediments. Individuals can grow to 7.3 mm. They have sexual reproduction.
