Vermivora chrysoptera (Golden Winged Warbler) is a species of birds in the family New World warblers. They are listed as near threatened by IUCN and as threatened by COSEWIC. They are native to The Neotropics and The Nearctic. They are diurnal herbivores. They have parental care (pair provides care, female provides care, and paternal care). They rely on flight to move around.
