Trochus cariniferus is a species of snails in the family top snails. They are native to Mascarene Islands and Kenyan Exclusive Economic Zone. Dead Trochus cariniferus form shallow marine sediments. Individuals can grow to 19.4 mm. They have sexual reproduction.
