Acropora granulosa is a species of cnidarians in the family staghorn corals. They are listed as near threatened by IUCN and in cites appendix ii. Dead Acropora granulosa form shallow marine sediments. Acropora granulosa form marine reefs. They have asexual reproduction and sexual reproduction; they are broadcast spawners.
