Speothos venaticus (Bush Dog) is a species of mammals in the family Canidae. They are listed as near threatened by IUCN and in cites appendix i. They are native to The Neotropics. They are diurnal carnivores. Individuals are known to live for 124 months and can grow to 624.73 mm. They have parental care (paternal care). They rely on running to move around.
