Pteropus chrysoproctus (Ambon Flying Fox) is a species of bats in the family Old World fruit bats. They are listed in cites appendix ii. They are found in australasia. They are crepuscular. Individuals can grow to 253.59 mm. They rely on flight to move around.

Definition: Appendix II lists species that are not necessarily now threatened with extinction but that may become so unless trade is closely controlled.
