Diagnosis: Body short, blunt, measures 16 to 20 mm long and 1 to 2 mm wide for 54 segments. Color reddish yellow with orange colored cirri. Prostomium broadly rounded in front, with a straight posterior margin. A pair of large eyes near the postectal mar­gins of the prostomium; nuchal papilla absent. Dorsal cirri asymmetrically cordiform (fig. 6) with the apex pointing toward the dorsal median line. Ventral cirri oval, with long axis pointing upward. Setae with short, broad appendages.

Distribution: South Georgia; Enderby Land and MacRobertson Coast; Kerguelen, in 7-310 m.
