With 14 predorsal scales; body slender, depth 3.5-3.8 times in SL; caudal peduncle 1.7-1.9 times longer than deep; length of stiff part of last simple dorsal ray less than body depth at dorsal origin; marginal caudal stripes grey, rest of fin hyaline (Ref. 43281).
