Phyciodes tharos (Pearl Crescent) is a species of butterflies in the family brush-footed butterflies. They visit flowers of Pacific aster, seaside buckwheat, bristly buttercup, and roughleaf coneflower. They are diurnal. Individuals can grow to 31.5 mm.
