Acrocodia indica (Malayan Tapir) is a species of mammals in the family tapirs. They are listed as endangered by IUCN and in cites appendix i. They are native to Asia. They are solitary, nocturnal herbivores. Individuals are known to live for 360 months and can grow to 2224.85 mm. They have parental care (female provides care).
