Leptinotarsa decemlineata (Colorado Potato Beetle) is a species of beetles in the family leaf beetles. They are native to The Neotropics and The Nearctic. They visit flowers of Spotted Trumpetweed, purplestem angelica, and common tansy. They are diurnal herbivores. They have parental care (female provides care). They rely on flight to move around.
