Gomesa uniflora is a species of herb in the family orchids. They are listed in cites appendix ii. They are native to Minas Gerais, Rio Grande Do Sul, SãO Paulo, Paraná, Cerrado, Espirito Santo, Rio De Janeiro, Santa Catarina, Bahia, and Mata Atlântica.
