Eleocharis acicularis (Needle Spike Rush) is a species of annual herb in the family sedges. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Greenland, Canada, Eastern North America, The Contiguous United States, Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, Pacific Basin excluding Hawaii, Western North America, and Alaska. They have simple, broad leaves and white flowers. Individuals can grow to 0.7 feet.
