Galium elongatum is a species of perennial herb in the family Rubiaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have simple leaves. Flowers are visited by Cabbage Maggot, Lucilia, Toxomerus geminatus, and Empis tessellata. Individuals can grow to 0.58 m.
