Annona muricata (Soursop) is a species of tree in the family Annonaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. They have simple, broad leaves, yellow flowers, and compound fruit. Flowers are visited by Liotrigona bottegoi and Protographium epidaus. Individuals can grow to 7 m.
