Picea pungens (Blue Spruce) is a species of tree in the family pines. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to United States, Western North America, northern hemisphere, The Contiguous United States, and North America. They have simple, spine-shaped leaves, yellow flowers, and cones. Flowers are visited by American Robin. Individuals can grow to 32 m.
