ደደሆ (Euclea racemosa) ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ የሚገኝ ተክል ነው።
ሁሌ ለም ዛፍ ወይም ቊጥቋጥ አይነት ነው። ብዙ ቅጠላቅጠልና ትንንሽ ቀይ፣ ሐምራዊና ጥቁር ፍሬዎች አሉበት።
በአፋርኛና በሶማልኛ የሌላ ዝርያ ዛፍ Salvadora persica «ደደሆ» ይባላል፤ የዚያው ዛፍ ስም በአማርኛ መሮ ነው።
በኮረብቶች ወይም በእዳሪ መሬት ተራ ነው።
በምስራቃዊው አፍሪካ ከግብጽ እስከ ደቡብ አፍሪካ ድረስ፣ እንዲሁም በኮሞሮስ፣ በኦማንና በየመን ይገኛል።
ትንንሽ ፈሬዎቹ ሊበሉ ይቻላል፤ በትልቅ መጠን ቢበላ ግን የሆድ ማበጥ ያደርጋል። ፍሬዎቹም በአዕዋፍ ይበላሉ።
ፍሬዎቹም «የደደሆ ኮምጣጤ» ለመሥራት ይጠቀማሉ።
ጥቁር ፍሬዎቹ ደግሞ ሐምራዊ ቀለም ለመሥራት ይጠቀማሉ።[1]
በፍቼ በተደረገ ጥናት ዘንድ፣ የደደሆ ቅጠል ዱቄት ለጥፍ ለኪንታሮት ይለጠፋል። የቅጠሉ ጭማቂም ለኮሶ ትል ወይንም ለአባለዘር በሽታ ይጠጣል። አገዳውም ለጥርስ ሕመም ይኘካል።[2]

Euclea racemosa has leathery foliage that can be exceptionally even and dense - making it an ideal plant for hedges. A dioecious tree (male and female flowers on separate trees), it produces small white flowers, which are followed by red, purple and black fruits that attract birds.
The berries are used locally to make "Guarrie vinegar". [2]
The name guarrie appears to derive from the local Khoe language, in which it is spelled gwarri.
