La musaranya de Glass (Crocidura glassi) és una espècie de la família de les musaranyes (Soricidae)^[2] que habita a Etiòpia.^[3] El seu hàbitat, d'àmbit restringit, es veu amenaçat pels incendis i el sobrepasturatge del bestiar.^[3]

The Glass's shrew (Crocidura glassi) is a species of mammal in the family Soricidae. It is endemic to Ethiopia. The mammal's natural habitats are subtropical or tropical high-elevation shrubland and grassland, and swamps.

Crocidura glassi is een zoogdier uit de familie van de spitsmuizen (Soricidae). De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort werd voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd door Heim de Balsac in 1966.

Voorkomen

De soort komt voor in Ethiopië.

Zębiełek zaroślowy^[3] (Crocidura glassi) – gatunek owadożernego ssaka z rodziny ryjówkowatych (Soricidae). Występuje endemicznie w Etiopii w Wielkich Rowach Afrykańskich^[2][4]. Zamieszkuje górskie łąki, zarośla i wrzosowiska^[2]. Ekologia słabo poznana. Takson opisany naukowo w 1966 roku przez Heim de Balsaca^[5]. Ssak ten często jest mylony z C. fumosa lub C. thalia^[6]. Kariotyp wynosi 2n = 36, FN = 52^[7]. Relacje genetyczne zostały opisane w 2001 roku^[8]. W Czerwonej księdze gatunków zagrożonych Międzynarodowej Unii Ochrony Przyrody i Jej Zasobów został zaliczony do kategorii VU (zagrożony)^[2]. Głównymi zagrożeniami dla tego gatunku są pożary oraz nadmierny wypas bydła^[2].

Crocidura glassi^[2][3] är en däggdjursart som beskrevs av Heim de Balsac 1966. Crocidura glassi ingår i släktet Crocidura och familjen näbbmöss.^[4][5] IUCN kategoriserar arten globalt som sårbar.^[1] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.^[4]

Denna näbbmus förekommer med en större och några mindre populationer i Etiopiens högland. Den vistas i regioner som ligger 2700 till 4050 meter över havet. Habitatet utgörs av gräsmarker, buskskogar och myr.^[1]
