Diploderma yulongense is a species of lizard found in the Chinese province of Yunnan.[1] It was first collected in 1914, but not recorded again in the wild until 2012, when it was described based on the original and new specimens.[2][3]

Cette espèce est endémique du Yunnan en République populaire de Chine[1].
Son nom d'espèce, composé de yulong et du suffixe latin -ensis, « qui vit dans, qui habite », lui a été donné en référence au lieu de sa découverte, le mont enneigé Yulong.
