Cirripectes polyzona és una espècie de peix de la família dels blènnids i de l'ordre dels perciformes.

Alimentació
Menja algues i invertebrats (com ara, ostràcodes i gastròpodes).[4]
Hàbitat
És un peix marí de clima tropical i associat als esculls de corall que viu entre 0-20 m de fondària.[4][7]
Distribució geogràfica
Es troba des de Sud-àfrica fins a Kiribati, el Japó[8] i el sud de la Gran Barrera de Corall.[4][9][10][11][12][13][14][15]
