Sinogastromyzon szechuanensis is a species of ray-finned fish in the genus Sinogastromyzon. It is endemic to the upper Yangtze River system in Gansu, Hubei, Guizhou, and Sichuan provinces, China.^[1][2] It lives in rapid flowing streams in hilly areas and is caught in local fisheries. It grows to 7.7 cm (3.0 in) SL.^[2]

Sinogastromyzon szechuanensis is een straalvinnige vissensoort uit de familie van de steenkruipers (Balitoridae).^[1] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1930 door Fang.

四川华吸鳅（学名：Sinogastromyzon szechuanensis）为平鳍鳅科华吸鳅属的鱼类。在中国，分布于长江上游各支流等，主要栖息于山溪激流环境。该物种的模式产地在四川。^[1]

亚种

• 下司华吸鳅（学名：Sinogastromyzon szechuanensis hsiashiensis），Fang于1931年命名，是中国的特有物种。分布于沅江水系等。该物种的模式产地在贵州麻哈下司场。^[2]
