Cupha er en slekt av sommerfugler som hører til underfamilien Heliconiinae i den store familien flikvinger (Nymphalidae). Disse tropiske sommerfuglene lever i Sørøst-Asia.

Utseende

Middelsstore til ganske store, bredvingede, brune eller oransje sommerfugler. Vingene er rundede. Vingene har gjerne et bredt, lyst tverrbånd og mørkere spiss i forvingen.

Levevis

Disse sommerfuglene kan bruke planter fra flere ulike familier som larvenes fødeplanter: pilefamilien (Salicaceae, slektene Flacourtia, Scolopia, Xylosma og Homalium), Phyllanthaceae (slekten Breynia) og Sapindaceae (slekten Lepisanthus).

Utbredelse

Slekten er utbredt i Sørøst-Asia, fra Sri Lanka i vest til Japan i nordøst og øst til Australia i sørøst.
