Terrestrial herb, 30-45 cm. Leaves along the stem, linear lanceolate, upper leaves grading into bracts Inflorescence laxly 6-14 flowered. Flowers green and white. Dorsal sepal convex; later sepals deflexed. Petals 2-lobed; lower lobes ovate to lanceolate. Lip 3-lobed nearly to the base, mid-lobe slightly longer than the side lobes. Spur slender, incurved, 3-3.7 cm long, slightly inflated near the apex.
