Letheobia uluguruensis, also known as the Uluguru gracile blind snake or Uluguri worm snake, is a species of snake in the Typhlopidae family.[2][3][4] This species is endemic to the Uluguru Mountains of eastern Tanzania.[1][2][5]

Letheobia uluguruensis est une espèce de serpents de la famille des Typhlopidae[1].
Répartition
Cette espèce est endémique des Uluguru en Tanzanie. Elle se rencontre entre 760 et 850 m d'altitude[1].
Description
L'holotype de Letheobia uluguruensis[2] mesure 235 mm dont 5 mm pour la queue et dont le diamètre à la moitié du corps est de 4,5 mm. Cette espèce présente une teinte générale rose chair.
Étymologie
Son nom d'espèce, composé de uluguru et du suffixe latin -ensis, « qui vit dans, qui habite », lui a été donné en référence au lieu de sa découverte.
