Leaves about 35 cm. long; petioles hirtellous, about 1 dm. long, the rachis somewhat angled, densely hirtellous; leaflets 12, obovate-elliptie, 16 cm. long, 6 cm. broad, petioluled, equilateral and acute at the base, acute at the apex, glabrous above, appressed-pilose on the veins beneath, membranaceous, epunctate; branches of the inflorescence densely hirtellous; flowers short-pedicelled; calyx cup-shaped, 5-toothed, the teeth obtuse, appressed-hirsute on the outside; petals 5, densely sericeous on the back, subcoriaceous, acute at the apex, 14 mm. long; staminal tube glabrous, entire; anthers linear, 2 mm. long; ovary densely hirsute, 10-celled; style hirsute.
