Uredinia amphigenous, scattered, oval or oblong, 0.3-0.8 mm. long, rather eariy naked, very light cinnamon-brown, pulverulent, ruptured epidermis conspicuous ; urediniospores broadly ellipsoid, 15-19 by 20~26jli; wall pale cinnamon-brown, thin, 1-1.5^, rather finely and closely verrucose-echinulate, the pores 4-6, scattered, rather distinct.
