Plancia ëd Geranium arboreum A. Gray

Descrission:

One of 6 endemic Hawaiian species. This species is endangered and is only found on the north and west slopes of Haleakala on Maui island. While it was not blooming at the time of this photograph, the flowers are unique among Geranium as they are zygomorphic and pollinated by birds. Note sharply serrate leaf margin.
