Descrission:

Description: Native, warm-season, perennial climber or scrambler; stems may be herbaceous or woody. Leaves are alternate or opposite, linear, to 30 mm long, hairless and petiolate. Flowerheads are few-flowered, axillary and terminal and spike-like. Flowers are small, green and bisexual, with 5 perianth segments. Fruit are succulent and pink to red. Flowering is mostly in summer and autumn. Grows in shrublands, woodlands and forests. Usually found in and around other shrubs or trees. Palatable.
